How To Request Complete Instagram Data Deletion

If you want Connectwidus to permanently delete your connected Instagram data, triggers, and logs, please follow these steps right from your dashboard:

1. Log in to your Connectwidus dashboard.
2. Click on the Link Instagram or account menu from the top navigation (the /dashboard/link-account page).
3. If your Instagram account is currently connected, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Delete All Instagram Data button.
4. Clicking this button will reveal a warning card outlining exactly what will be removed.
5. Confirm your request by clicking Yes, Delete Everything.

What Happens Next

As soon as you confirm the deletion, our systems instantly and permanently erase:

• Your linked Instagram accounts
• All of your automated keyword triggers
• All processed comments and direct message logs
• All usage statistics tied to your account

Note: Your basic Connectwidus profile (name, email) and active subscription are kept active so you can reconnect a new account anytime.
