By creating an account, linking your Instagram profile, or otherwise using the Connectwidus service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Connectwidus provides an automation tool that allows Instagram Creators and Businesses to automatically reply to comments and send direct messages (DMs) containing resources, links, or digital products based on predefined keyword triggers.
Our service integrates with the Meta Graph API. By using Connectwidus, you also agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your automated messaging complies with Instagram's spam policies. Connectwidus enforces rate limits (e.g., 200 DMs per hour) to protect your account, but we are not liable for any account restrictions, shadowbans, or suspensions imposed by Meta.
When using Connectwidus, you agree NOT to:
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion based on our refund policy.
Connectwidus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any total or partial loss of business, follower count, or revenue resulting from downtime, bugs, or Meta API changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, Meta's policies, or are using the service in a way that harms our infrastructure.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
